Dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical generalization and the new decision of the scientific task of an establishment peculiarities of the structure and blood supply of a skin of white rats in norm and changes of angioarchitecture and structure of the rat’s skin in dynamic of course experimental diabetes mellitus. It is obtained new data microstructural changes layers of a skin and ultrastructural changes links of heamomicrocirculatory net of white rat’s skin at stretozotocininduced diabetes mellitus. Results of research it’s morphological base expediency applications skin of this experimental animals for creation biological models of dermatological diseases
