Essay

The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental research of problems of the leaders of general educational establishments to implement educational innovations in the system of postgraduate education. It researched the methodological and theoretical basis of training of the leaders for innovations and forming the basis of GEE heads readiness to the implementation of educational innovations. It refined the integration concept of "GEE heads readiness to the implementation of educational innovations" and analyzed the condition of training of the leaders for implementation of educational innovations in the in the system of postgraduate education of Ukraine, in particular training courses. The dissertation presented and reasoned the content and structure of the GEE heads readiness to the innovative and implementing activity. It suggested characteristic levels of readiness for implementation of GEE heads readiness to the implementation of educational innovations: intuitive (low) level, reproductive (average) level, creative and research (high) level of readiness. It was identified and theoretically grounded the following necessary complex conditions for effective training of principals and their deputies to the profession and the implementation of educational innovations: the implementation of credit-modular system, the creation of information and communication environment (informatization process of passing the training course); providing opportunities for distance education; organization of innovative education on the Training program, providing the organization - procedural (administrative) support of participants of the experimental training program of the heads of GEE in the city of Kyiv. The paper developed and tested an integrated model of GEE heads training to implementation of educational innovations. Positive dynamics of forming the GEE heads readiness to the implementation of educational innovations allows to suggest the researched Model of realization of pedagogical conditions to be widely used in the area of postgraduate education.
