Roik O. Development of composition and technology of detoxifying gel.

The thesis presents theoretical and experimental substantiation of composition and technology of new cosmetic product – detoxifying gel for skin and hair cleaning from the heavy metal salts. Impact of heavy metal components on structural functional state of plasmatic membrane of erythrocytes of peripheral blood of rats was studied. As a result, microbiological and toxicological researches the safety of the offered detoxifying gel were confirmed.The efficiency of the developed detoxifying gel on laboratory animals was studied. Physical and chemical, rheological and technological characteristics of the detoxifying gel were investigated; his stability in the process of storage during two years at indoor temperature in aluminum tubas was proved. The project of quality control methods was offered. Technology of detoxifying gel at industrial conditions was approved.
