A thesis is devoted development of composition, technology and the exploration of antidiarrhea preparations, what comprise zinc of antidiarrhea activity. Firstly on the basis of results of physical, physical and chemical, pharmaco-technological, microbiological and pharmacological researches the composition and rational technology of preparation a medicine "Diazinc" and combine medicine on basis of sulphate zinc and bentonite "Diazinc+" has been grounded theoretically and experimentally. On the basis of results of made researches the projects of methods of quality control drugs and industrial technologicales regulation for preparations a tablette dispersion and granules combine activity.
