Schekin O. Diagnostics and medical treatment of innate plain-valgus deformation of feet at children.

Object - innate plain-valgus deformation of feet (IPVDF); purpose - improvement of results of treatment of children with VPVDS by development and improvement of its diagnostics, methods of its conservative and operative correction; methods – clinical, sciagraphy, instrumental, statistical; results – the traumatic low method of the tendon-ligamentary plastic arts is developed at IPVDF for children; efficiency of the developed and inculcated operative method of treatment of IPVDF is scientifically grounded for children; the method of imposition of the knotted guy-sutures is first offered on a skin, which allows easier and painlessly to take out the stitches for little children; minimum traumatic of the developed operative method of treatment of IPVDF is well-proven for children from position of decline of amount of complications and unsatisfactory results of treatment of IPVDF; the algorithms of diagnostics and treatment of disease are developed, testimonies and terms of application of conservative and operative methods of treatment of IPVDF are specified for children; branch – medicine.
