Essay

The Object is a process of automobile brake disks turning work during the operational period. A research objective is maintenance of geometrical accuracy and a roughness of automobile brake disk surface during the operational period at its processing on the mobile turning equipment. Research methods are methods of mathematical simulation, the theory of systems of automatic and adaptive management, theoretical bases of cutting of metals theory, theories of experiment and the mathematical statistics. In experimental researches methods of regression analysis are used. Theoretical results and practical effects are the interrelation between geometrical accuracy and roughness of a brake disk surface during service life maintaining effective braking of the car, and also parameter values of brake disk working surfaces condition at which it is necessary to make its processing for service life prolongation are established, the technique and algorithm of incoming quality test of brake disks in the conditions of car repair shops on the set borders of palpation is developed. Hydraulic system of forces stabilization of cutting the mobile turning equipment for geometrical accuracy increase and the set roughness of brake disks blanket while operational process is developed. Novelty is established in mathematical relation of brake disks blanket roughness depending on volume of intermittent feed during processing directly on the car on the mobile turning equipment with hydraulic system of stabilization of forces of cutting. Degree of implementation is the work introduction at Private Joint Stock Company point-of-sale-service enterprise "Aleko - Service" (Ukraine) and in the laboratory of Diagnostics at the faculty Car Maintenance of the Highway Automobile Institute of the state higher educational institution «Donetsk national technical university» (Ukraine). Scope of use - mechanical engineering.
