Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the problems of professional competence formation of bachelor-teacher’s practical education in the economic branch of higher educational establishment. The state of the problem in pedagogical theory and practice is considered; the content and the structure of professional competence bachelor-teacher’s practical education are defined, also the criteria of formation of bachelor-teacher’s practical education in the economic branch (cognitive, activity, personality approaches) are adjusted, they reflect the availability and consistency manifestation of basic and additional knowledge (which are directed to the result of the personality competence formation) for the professional activity realization; the skill level of independent usage of knowledge; the level of professional direction and availability of the personality merits which characterize the bachelor-teacher’s capability to professional activity, the indicators and levels of its formation: high, sufficient, middle and low; the model of professional competence formation of bachelor-teacher’s practical education in the economic branch of the higher educational establishment are researched, theoretically worked out and experimentally grounded, the components of this model are: Target Block, Theoretical and Methodological Block, Organizational and Content Block, Diagnostic Block. The Target Block shows the purpose and tasks of professional competence formation of bachelor-teacher’s practical education in the economic branch of higher educational establishment. Theoretical and Methodological Block shows the influence on competence, activity, and personality oriented approaches for professional competence formation. Organizational and Content Block of the model contains structural components of professional competence; the content of educational disciplines and author’s course; forms, methods and ways of professional competence formation of bachelor-teacher’s practical education in the economic branch of higher educational establishment. Diagnostic Block of the model shows the criteria, indicators and levels (high, sufficient, middle and low) of professional competence formation of bachelor-teacher’s practical education in the economic branch of higher educational establishment. The Result is the professional competence formation of bachelor-teacher’s practical education in the economic branch of higher educational establishment; the author’s course “Professional competence of an engineer-pedagogue” is proposed.
