The identity print media to sets such as gender neutral, gender-marked, relatively gender-marked titles is defined through constant criterion. The typical characteristics of subsets such as "women's magazines", "men's magazines", "children's magazines", "family's magazines" are outlines here. Correlation analysis of subjection to the number of gender-marked magazines on media market on the solvency of the population in Ukraine is carried out. Practical recommendations for the founders of gender marked titles are formulated.
