Essay

In this paper we analyzed the genetic structure of breeding herds of Amur carp in Ukraine over the use of individual genetic and biochemical markers. We described specific features of population polymorphism of individual loci. We studied the level of intrapopulation and interpopulation genetic variability of breeding herds of Amur carp and their differentiation. We found the basic loci which are most involved with. We have identified primers that are suitable for genetic marking breeding herds by using ISSR-PCR method.
