Essay

In the process of dissertation research there were created systematically, theoretically grounded and practically tested system of business games. The thesis tackles the issue of technologic preparing future labour training teachers in the process of teaching special academic subjects. It is analysed theoretic-methodological going near determination of concept «Technological preparation», specified essence of concept technological training of future teachers of labour studies and its stages. First technological training is considered as an integral part of training future teachers of labor theory and proposed an integrated approach to the definition of the system. It is defined and reasonable conditions to ensure consistency in the formation of students' integrated system of knowledge about the basics of modern production. It is developed and described a model of technological training of future teachers of labor studies and the criteria of its formation: needed-motivational, cognitive and operational-activity. It is proved the level (high, medium, low) technological training of future teachers of labor studies. A set of defined criteria, indicators and levels gave us the opportunity to assess the situation and determine the conditions improve technology training of future teachers of labor studies. In theory, the necessity of making the content of professional training of future teachers of labor studies specifically designed integrative course "of modern production technologies" that will help shape the technological culture in the consciousness of learning. The results of forming experiment showed that the implementation of special courses using alternative teaching methods, compliance with organizational and pedagogical conditions provided the efficiency of formation of criterion components of technological training. After the experiment, the number of students with a pronounced positive attitude to the future work, more formed was their professional orientation. As a result of forming experiment for future teachers of the most characteristic is the high and medium level treatment of the learning process in higher education. It is twofold reduction in the number of students with low attitude to the learning process in universities.
