In the dissertation scientific approaches to the interpretation of the basic research concepts as "informative competencies", "quasiprofessional activity of future primary school teachers" are reviewed on the based generalization study of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical sources; modern scientific approaches to determine the place and role of ICT in the system of primary school teachers' training are analyzed; the conditions of the needs to format elementary school teachers' informative competencies are set; the forms of quasiprofessional activity realization in professional pedagogical education are characterized with organizational and pedagogical conditions of providing the formation of informative competencies in quasiprofessional activity; the criteria and levels of informative competencies in quasiprofessional activity are defined. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of experimental results confirmed the efficiency of the proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation future teachers' informative competencies in organized quasiprofessional activity within the teaching resource "ICT in elementary school". It was found that the attraction of the students to use ICT in quasiprofessional activity contributes the strengthen of students' motivation to master new knowledge and professional skills of constructive ICT use in the educational process of primary school; increases the volume of necessary knowledge and skills to master higher informative competencies level; creates the conditions for feedback between teacher and students; raises future primary school teacher's professional reflection.
