Objects - a combination of naltrexon and dysulfiram in the form of solutions and emulsions, water-soluble polymers; aim - the development of optimal composition and technology of combined injectable drug with prolonged action (DWPA) based on dysulfiram and naltrexon for use in complex treatment of alcoholism and opium addiction; methods - UV, IR, PMR spectroscopy, HPLC, differential thermal analysis, SEM, microbiological, biological research methods, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Research; pharmacological studies (to rats of Wistar line and white mice Balb / c); novelty - the composition of the combined injection DWPA based dysulfiram and naltrexon was developed, the method and the optimum conditions of binding of the polymer-carrier with medicinal substances was perfected, stability of the molecular structures of components of the drug was confirmed by elemental analysis and UV, IR and PMR spectroscopy, shape and particle size of drugs in the aquatic environment was investigated SEM, stability was study by differential thermal analysis, spectroscopy and HPLC, specific activity and the level of toxicity of the resulting drug is defined; results - new drugs under the code name "Naltetlonh" for application in complex treatment of alcoholism and opium addiction was obtained, project quality control methods of drug and project of technological regulations were developed and tested in conditions of production; introduced - in the research work of the National University “Lviv Polytechnic” and other university of Ukraine; area - pharmacy.
