Topolenko T. Structural peculiaritis of the testes of rats' progeny after introduction of female hormones in the intranatal period (anatomical and experimental study)

Comprehensive study of structural features of the testes of rats' progeny in early postnatal period in normal conditions and after exposure to female sex hormones during pregnancy using anatomical, histological, morphometric, lectinhistochemical and statistical methods was carried out. The pecularities of formation of the testes in the early postnatal period in normal conditions and after administrations of utrozhestan in the second and third periods of pregnancy were settled. Peculiarities of the convoluted seminiferous tubules and interstitial tissue of testis of the rats' progeny under normal conditions and after exposure to female sex hormones during pregnancy were described. It was settled for the first time the dynamics of change of testicular interstitial cells of the rats' progeny after utrozhestan introduction to females during pregnancy. It was demonstrated for the first time a significant decrease in the exponent of spermatid differentiation in adult experimental rats in comparison with control and intact animals. It was found for the first time that in the testes of the offspring of animals after administration of utrozhestan in the second and third periods of pregnancy density and distribution of receptors for lectins of wheat germ, soybeans, peanuts and convanavalin - A was changed, reflecting changes in the morphofunctional state of the testes.
