The purpose of research - theoretical justification of the method of contextual assessment of the competence of project management teams to improve the completeness and objectivity of the information used in forming teams. The main scientific result of the thesis is to deepen and develop theoretical principles of human resource management project by disclosure of the nature, objective basis, the main rules of the method of contextual competency assessment tools as the basis for the formation of teams of project management.
