Thesis is devoted to the study of features of morphological changes in the structure of immune apparatus small intestine of immature and mature rats after immunostimulation, immunosuppression and correction of immunosuppression status by imunofan. Materials of thesis research complement the picture of the morphofunctional state of immune apparatus small intestine of the intact white outbred rats' males. First determined the influence of the imunofan and cyclophosphamide on the organometric and morphometric indexes of the peyer's patches rats' small intestine and structural features of the immune apparatus small intestine after correction of immune status by imunofan. The number of cell nucleuses per unit area of the small intestine in the all zones of peyer's patches after appointment of immunomodulator, immunosuppressor and correction imunofan cyclophosphamide-induced changes was first studied. There were peculiarities of ultramicroscopic structure of peyer's patches of mature rats after imunofan administration and immunostimulation after immunosupression. First discovered fibroblastic reticular cells in peyer's patches small intestine intact rats and after imunofan injection. The correlation analysis of morphometric parameters in all groups' animals was done.
