Essay

Object of research - the process of functioning of automatic pereyiznoyi signaling. The study was carried out using methods of mathematical statistics, linear algebra, situational management theory and neural networks of devices. Theoretically grounded solution of scientific and applied tasks of increasing traffic safety by developing models and methods for improving the functioning of automatic signaling devices based on moving video. Software and hardware implementation approach increase safety vehicles at crossings, which grounded in the thesis, allows signaling to improve rail crossing.
