Shimko O. Social policy of the soviet state and its realization in Donbas in the middle of 1960th - middle of 1980th

In dissertation research the complex analysis of state experience is carried out from development of social policy and its realization in Donbas in 1965-85 Territorial and chronologic scopes, scientific novelty, research methods and basic groups of the used sources, are described. On the basis of analysis of domestic and foreign literature the level of profits of workings, office workers, peasants and leading composition of organs of power was set. The changes of pattern of consumption and purchasing power of population are shown. The pension providing, system of help and rehabilitations of invalids, guard of maternity and childhoods is considered. The state of domestic consumer and services is explored. The scientific conclusions of labor are closely associated with modern public and economic processes.
