Object of researchers – Pseudomonosis of avium, fight and prevention means. Aim of the work was to study the basic principles of the infectious process of pseudomonosis of avium and the improvement of measures on the disease prevention. Methods of researchers are epizootological, clinical, bacteriological, biochemical, pathology, histological, statistical. It had been found out that the infectious process caused by pathogenic strains of P. aeruginosa was characterized by the cytolysis phenomenon and immunodeficiency state. It was proved by histologically and biochemical examinations. The level of modern environmentally friendly disinfectants of various chemical composition bactericidal activity towards P. aeruginosa had been studied. The preventive method for pseudomonosis of avium using environmentally friendly ECA sodium chloride solutions had been developed. Sphere of using is veterinary science.
