Essay

The paper for the first time proved and experimentally verified the effectiveness of innovative pedagogical technology of non-professional physical education for students exempted from practical lessons on "Physical Education" because of their health. Thus, the thesis contributes to the solution of pressing social problem of increasing levels of physical training education for students of this category, the formation of their knowledge and skills to develop integrated health and fitness training themselves. The inclusion of exempt students to the system of classes on non-professional physical education, together with their self-trained sports and recreation classes provided a variety of positive effects on the individual. Thus, they have had actualized values of health; improved the state of psycho-emotional sphere, and the level of physical condition and adaptive capacity.
