The thesis discusses theoretical and methodological foundations of social and geographical survey of the regional labor market. In theoretical terms for the first time the essence and principles of the regional labor market with social and geographical position, revealed its structure and features of development in agricultural areas of specialization. The influence of socioeconomic factors and demographic situation in the formation of the labor market in terms of social transformations. The methodical basis of socio-geographical study of the regional labor market. Feasibility of theoretical positions of the thesis was to investigate interrelation between production and area under application of labor and its supply, structural changes in economy, social reforms and labor force involvement in the production process, taking into account social and geographical factors, the space-time analysis of social and geographic environment and identify the structure and specialization of the region as necessary preconditions for the development of the labor market, identifying characteristics and regional differences of the labor market in terms of social transformations taking into account the social and geographical factors, the development directions of improvement of the regional labor market, increasing employment in public transformations, study the possibility of using cluster approach to the formation of the regional labor market and job creation.
