Bleshmudt P. Psychological conditions of banking institutions personnel’s team work training

The dissertation examines the psychological conditions of bank personnel’s team work training. The author analyzes the content, structure and main components (cognitive, motivational, operational and personal) of bank personnel’s team work readiness. The investigation has found insufficient bank personnel’s team work readiness team work readiness development as well as analyzed the correlations between the main components of bank personnel’s team work readiness and a number of factors belonging to the micro-level (socio-demographic, organizational, professional, material and financial characteristics of the staff) and mezzo-level (the organization’s size, level, type of activities, personnel’s status). The author has developed a training «Psychology of bank personnel’s team work readiness training» which enhances the level of the main components of bank personnel’s team work readiness
