Matvienko A. Documental and informational providing of the tourism industry of Ukraine: social-communicative aspect

The Thesis researched the main approaches of touristic and documental sciences to the problem of documental and informational providing of society development and forming of integrated informational culture of tourism. The Thesis generalized the notion and requirement for contemporary documental and informational resources of tourism management within Ukrainian and world experience. In the Thesis the tourism resource of Ukraine is presented as a component of the informational system of Ukrainian society in the Internet; a model of a web-resource named "Touristic Ukraine" was developed: this model included both - a system of documentation which provides the industry and possibilities for creation of developed informational resources with widened communicational characteristics. Structural components that must be present at the tourist site of the specific industry and modern social-communicative methods, theoretical, methodological and practical provisions for informational website model within documental science "Travel Ukraine" as a means of improving the efficiency of social-communicative documentary information of the tourism industry involving socio-cultural information and resources of existing libraries, archives, museums.
