Object - professional and pedagogical training of future teachers of the humanities in higher educational establishments. Theoretical results and novelty - the essence and structure of the concept "readiness for future teachers the humanities the utilization of educational software" have been defined and scientifically grounded; the components, indexes and levels of formation of readiness of future teachers of the humanities regarding the utilization of educational software in their professional activity have been described; the pedagogical terms of formation of preparation of future teachers of the humanities regarding the utilization of educational software in their professional activity have been defined. Practical results - the technique of diagnosing the preparation of future teachers of the humanities regarding the utilization of educational software in their professional activity by the means of experimental model and courses "Educational software on the lessons of the humanities" and "Utilization of educational software on the lessons of the humanities" have been worked out.
