Essay

Object - professional preparation of future primary school's teachers in the high schools. Aim - scientifically ground and approre the experimental model of future teachers to organize self-study work of younder schoolers in boarding homes. Methods - theoretic, empiric, statistic. Theoretical results and novelty - the essence and structure of the phenomenon of "readiness of future teacher to organize the self-study work of younder schoolers in boarding homes" are first defined and scientifically grounded, the pedagogical conditions of forming of readiness of future teachers to organize the self-study work in of younder schoolers boarding homes are defined and scientifically grounded, components, guidelines, indexes are defined and the levels of readiness of future teachers to organize the self-study work in boarding homes are characterized, the model of phased preparation of future teachers to organize the self-study work of younder schoolers in boarding homes in scientifically grounded and approved, the notion "self-study work" is specified, the method of readiness of future teachers to organize the self-study work of younder schoolers in boarding homes in futher developed and concretized. Practical results - the method of preparation of future teachers to organize the self-study work of younder schoolers in boarding homes in developed, the professional course "Organization of self-study work in boarding homes", the system of tasks and situations for the pedagogical practice of students in boarding homes, the content of cases, interactive and training exercises, exercises-situations, thematical business and role plays, training disputes and discussions, for future primary school's teachers as to the organization of self-study work of schoolers are developed.
