Essay

Object - the future music teachers' professional training in the higher technical educational establishments. Purpose - to ground theoretically and approve an experimental model of pedagogical understanding formation of the future music teachers in the professional training process. Theoretical results and novelty - the phenomenon's "pedagogical understanding formation of the future music teachers" essence has been defined for the first time and scientifically grounded; the structure of the determined definition was worked out; pedagogical conditions which promote the pedagogical understanding formation of the future music teachers in the professional training process have been defined and grounded; the determined phenomenon's criteria and their indices have been defined; the levels of pedagogical understanding formation of the future music teachers in the professional training process have been characterized. The experimental model of pedagogical understanding formation of the future music teachers in the professional training process has been worked out, scientifically grounded and approved. Practical results - the methodic pattern of diagnostics and the pedagogical nderstanding formation of the future music teachers in the professional training process has been worked out as well as a special course "The pedagogical understanding formation of the future music teachers". Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher educational establishments, advanced studies.
