Essay

Materials of investigations concerning influence of coccidiostatics ('Monlar', 'Avatec' and 'Trisulfon') against the background of poultry vaccination against Gumboro and Newcastle diseases are stated in the dissertation. There have been determined immune promotional and immune suppressive effects of the different schemes of coccidiostatics application at poultry vaccination against Gumboro and Newcastle diseases in the conditions of chicken commercial farming. In the experiments with use of immunobiological, serological, histomorphometric methods there has been developed, grounded and introduced new scheme of poultry vaccination against Gumboro and Newcastle diseases with introduction of coccidiostatics ('Avatec' and 'Trisulfon'), that stimulates formation of humoral immunity and increase of the size of lymphoid structures and germinative zones in immunocompetent organs. There has been determined, that at poultry vaccination against Gumboro and Newcastle disease with introduction of 'Avatec' (in the dose 500 g/t of feed) and 'Trisulfon' (200 g/100 l of water) raise of blood serum biochemical characteristics (increasing the amount of crude protein, ? globulines) and stimulation of nonspecific immunity (increasing the amount of immunoglobulines classes M, A and G, lysozyme, level of blood serum bactericidal activity, neutrophil phagocytic activity, number of T and B lymphocytes) were observed.
