Korsak Y. The Sustainable Development Concept in the Contents of Educational Philosophy

Consistently and in many aspects it is used the phenomenon of the beginning of qualitatively new stage of scientifically-technological revolution (STR) noticed by the author STR-XXI, characterized by creation of harmless to the person and biosphere "wise" nootechnologies. The main outcome is the proof of an inaccuracy in theories and philosophy of sustainable (ecosafe) development, created till 2010 on the basis of belief in "eternity" of industrial technologies and exhaustion of possibilities of the exact sciences and expectation on new "ecological" youth education. Actually sustainable (ecosafe) development will be carried out by replacement industrial nootechnologies, and formation of new outlook will have auxiliary (though also important) the status. Other outcomes concern proofs optimistic philosophy noodevelopment mankind, gnoseological danger of expansion of criticism in the exact sciences on the basis of the concept invention of "dangerous knowledge" which adherents do not notice very important new discoveries. For the first time in Ukraine the philosophical-heuristic potential of new integrated philosophical discipline of "Concepts of modern natural sciences", and also the experience of its use which have been saved up in Russia and, partly, in Ukraine is investigated. The fact of its high value for formation at students of new outlook and philosophy bases of noodevelopment - progress of mankind on the basis of mass creation and use of nootechnologies is proved.
