Essay

The social-geographical content of a territorial recreational system (TRS) of a region is examined. Its structure and functions are studied. The investigation procedure is improved (e.g. analyzing the influence of the geographical position, landscape beauty on the TRS development, estimation of the tourist-recreational potential). Factors of development of Poltava region TRS are defined and estimated. The limitations and positive factors are studied.
