Essay

The object - a violation of the p53-dependent apoptosis in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia; goal - to determine the mechanisms of p53-dependent violations of apoptosis in lymphocytes of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia by the action of ionizing radiation іn vitro in a dose 5gr/110s and justify the use of this method to evaluate the prognosis and course of chronic lymphocytic leukemia; methods - molecular genetic, biochemical, immunological, cytological, clinical, haematological, statistics, innovation - first established by an increase in the incidence of dysfunction in the induction of p53-dependent apoptosis in leukemic cells of patients with CLL, depending on the molecular genetic and immunophenotypic evidence of disease first comparative analysis of the ability of leukemic cells to p53-dependent apoptosis іn vitro in patients with CLL, depending on the radiation history, first established an increased risk of reactivation of cytomegalovirus infection in patients with disorders in the p53-dependent apoptosis in the treatment of purine analogs;results - In 77 % of patients with CLL showed the continued ability to induce p53-dependent apoptosis in 23% of the patients revealed two types of dysfunction of type A and type B in patients who have suffered from the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster marked slowdown in the cellular response to radiation 24 h after irradiation; specialty - genetics.
