The dissertation is devoted to the theoretically-empirical research of psychological features of experiencing middle life crisis by militia employees. Modern approaches to studying the problem of experiencing middle life crisis have been analyzed. There has been given a generalized analysis of primary signs of experiencing and psychological determinants of the development of middle life crisis and the ways of overcoming it. Introduction of personality development training "Personality Life Design in Crisis Life Periods" will give an opportunity to increase the effectiveness of psychological support of professional activity of the Internal Affairs Bodies personnel by psycho-prophylactic work direction.
