The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of particularities of motivation of young professionals of organs' of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to their professional activities. The leading motives of this category of officers are researched. The recommendations are made to the heads of institutions and departments of the Internal Affairs to develop the professional motivation of this officers' category. The program and training on professional motivation development of young professionals of Institutions of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are proposed.
