Sovva S. Formation of international legal culture of future border guard officers

The thesis deals with the research of formation of international legal culture of future border guard officers in the educational process of a higher educational establishment. The essence, peculiarities of content and structure (motivational, intellectual and informative, practical and operative, personal and moral and conative components) of notion «international legal culture of a border guard officer» have been determined. The pedagogical conditions for formation of international legal culture of future border guard officers in the educational process of a higher educational establishment have been substantiated as well as the model has been worked out. The criteria (motivational and axiological, cognitive and informative, operative and behavioral, moral and personal, estimative and reflexive) have been specified, their indicators have been defined. The formation levels of international legal culture of future border guard officers have been characterized.
