Kosіnova O. Pedagogical technology of formation of esthetic component of professional training of future officers-borderguards

The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of esthetic qualities as components of professional training of future officers-borderguards. The pedagogical technology of formation of esthetic component of professional training of future officers-borderguards has been developed. It includes conceptual, procedural and methodical parts. Conceptual parts consists of the following elements: the aim – to form esthetically developed personality of an officer-borderguard; principles (value orientation, humanization, educational and converting principles); pedagogical conditions (creation of esthetic educational environment at the higher educational establishment; implementation of esthetic orientation of professional training of future officers-borderguards by means of theatrical and creative activity). Procedural and methodical part consists of stages (preparatory, converting and creative); forms and methods of realization of technology in accordance with each stage; diagnostics instruments; subjects «Ethics and esthetics», «Culturology»; methodical recommendations for formation of esthetic components of professional training of future officers-borderguards by means of art; and correction technique
