Essay

Subject area - a scientific text of the second half of the 19th century as communicative unit of speech. Objectives of the research - studying of lingvocommunicative and stylistic features of the text of monograph by P. G. Zhiteckij "Essay of sound history of malorussian dialect", the description of its communicative structure with detection of language features, characteristic for scientific style of Russian literary language of the XIX century. Research methodology - historical-descriptive, method of the lingvostylistic analysis of the text. Scientific novelty - 1) object of research, namely the text of monograph by P. G. Zhiteckij "Essay of sound history of malorussian dialect" which is considered for the first time as a sample of the scientific text of the XIX century with characteristic for this period of development of the literary language lines and it is described from the point of view of communicative, figuratively-stylistic and syntactic features; 2) modelling of functional and speech processes which make specifics of scientific communication and are presented of the text of monograph by P. G. Zhiteckij; 3) the text is considered as the middle necessary link of communicative co-operation of consignor and addressee; 4) the author of the scientific research is recognized as a qualificatory component of scientific communication that allowed educing the subjective constituents of cognition process, represented in the text. Practical value - results of research open new prospects for the analysis of the subjective nature of scientific knowledge in the text, will promote development of theoretical bases of communicative linguistics, semantics and stylistics, increasing knowledge on stories of the Ukrainian linguistics and history of Russian and Ukrainian of the literary languages.
