Moroz L. Forming of assortiment and quality of the modified pentaphthalic enamels

Dissertation is devoted the pressing in lakofarboviy industry question of forming of assortment and quality of the modified pentaftalevikh enamels with improving consumer properties and simultaneous achievement of economic effect and maintainance of unconcern of products. The offered components which are used in a complex enter in the complement of the modified enamels: resin of "Telaz-15", metiletilketoksim, omiokarb. Conformities to law of influence of the offered components are set on the indexes of functional, fiziko-mechanical and aesthetically beautiful properties of pentaftalevikh enamels. On the basis of the conducted differential termogravimetrichnogo analysis thermal firmness of polymers and materials is studied on their basis in the conditions of programmable time-history of temperature. The complex estimation of quality of the probed enamels is conducted by the method of ranzhuvannya. It is set that indexes of consumer properties of enamels of PF-115 are higher by comparison to the indexes of taken for the base enamels of PF-115, PF-133 and PF-188. The degree of change of operating properties of the modified pentaftalevikh coverages is analysed in the process of quick-ageing. The features of physical and chemical co-operation of components, structural and chemical transformations, are studied in the system.
