The dissertation is devoted to assessment of the morphological ontogenetic changes of components of the kidneys at different age groups of the rats under the influence of the gravitational overloads and the application of various methods of protection against them. There were identified basic principles of structural transformations of the components of cortical matter of kidneys of the rats subjected to systematic 9 g cross-directed overloads for 10 or 30 sessions. The most significant changes were identified at the experimental group of the mature animals subjected to 30 sessions of the gravitational overloads. The main vectors of the negative hypergravity factor were violation of microcirculation and degenerative changes in epithelial component of the nephrons. The application of physical and pharmacological methods of protection not fully excluded the negative effect of the overload impact on the spatial organization and, consequently, the functional capacity of structural components of the kidneys. The application of physical methods of protection had expressed protectional effect. Glutargin gave limited and selective effect of normalization of renal cortex components of experimental animals.
