Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex research of public policy of Ukraine in relation to national minorities (1991 - 2010). It focuses in becoming of the own system of public etnonational policy of Ukraine and it certainly cosiders on main factors of influence on forming of its principles, conception and circle of scientific interests. On the basis of analysis of activity of ethnocultural organizations of Ukraine in becoming and development of civil society their role is found out in stabilizing interethnic relations. Main aspects, which threaten state stability, safety, are certain, to territorial integrity of Ukraine and model of state etnonational structure of management and counteraction these phenomena.
