Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of teachers training in the system of advanced training for the formation of vital competences of specialized school students. The necessity of special training for teachers of natural sciences for the formation of vital competences of specialized school students is actualized in this paper, based on the analysis of psychological and educational literature. The essence of the concept of "teacher readiness to the formation of vital competences of students" is defined, the structure of readiness, its contents and criteria are grounded. A model and technology of training of teachers of natural sciences are experimentally tested for the activity at specialized school, proposals for their improvement are developed.
