Lemak R. Prosecutor's supervision over the following of the laws in penal institutions

The dissertation is dedicated for investigation of the organizational and legal aspects of the prosecutor's supervision over the following of the laws in penal institutions. The nature of the prosecutor's supervision activity is determined, it's object and subject, tasks and principles, legal framework. The organization of the prosecutor's work in this sphere is examined. Special attention is paid to tactical and methodological foundations of the accreditation of the following of the laws in the penal institutions by means of the prosecutor's supervision. Proposals for improving of the current criminal enforcement legislation, prosecutor's laws of Ukraine and substantive law are tabled.
