The object of research is creativity by personality. The work purpose is definition of emotion and motivation contents of creativity by personality. The methods: analysis, generalization, ordering; supervision, conversation, analysis of products of activity; psychodiagnostic testing; mathematical-statistical methods; genetic and structural. The scientific novelty: basic emotion and motivation contents of creativity by personality, namely emotionality, creative activity, internal motivation of educational (professional) activity, are determined; the structural-functional three-component structure of creativity by personality is developed; it contains a regulating component (emotion - strong-willed con-tents), stimulating component (motivation contents) and substantial component (intellectual contents).
