Essay

In dissertation work the problem of principle of humanism in China pedagogical educational system is actualized. It is denoted that humanism is an attitude toward a man as to the greatest value, asserting individual rights on freedom, happiness and full development. The structure of humanism is analysed as individual quality which includes: humanistic outlook, humanistic values, humane qualities, humane behavior. The author's approach to the concept of "humanization of education" is formed as organization of educational process, which is focused on a person development and involves the formation of its mechanisms of self-education and self-training through its basic needs.
