Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the complex study of Chernihiv city-dwellers everyday life in 1920s. Changes that took place in the system of Chernihiv city environment in the first decade of soviet power are analyzed. The development of public transport, postal and phone connection work is considered. The structure of Chernihiv housing reserve is exposed, the municipal providing of Chernihiv city-dwellers and the comfort of citizens are found out. The components of family budget and the level of financial-living maintenance are defined.
