Yana T. Public-political and scientifically-publicism activity of Andriy Zhuk (1880-1968)

Dissertation research is sanctified to complex research of activity of А. Zhuk in public, political, scientific and publicism planes. Factors that influenced on forming of world view of А. Zhuk and his becoming as a public-political figure and publicist are educed. The contribution of Andriy Zhuk into development of Ukrainian public-political life in emigrationis was found out . Basic directions of scientifically-publicism activity are exposed. The special attention is spared to illumination of his role in creation of SVU and organization and realization of in a civilized manner-elucidative work among captive Ukrainians in the camps of Germany and Austria-Hungary.
