The object of the investigation is the phenomenon of survival. The aim is the phenomenon of survival as a socio-philosophical problem. The methods. A comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of survival is carried out on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach, which is caused by the specific socio-philosophical study of the phenomenon of survival. Theoretical results of the thesis and its novelty. First proved necessity of a conceptual design of an integrated socio-philosophical approach to the analysis of the phenomenon of survival to overcome the pessimism of modern society; studied methodological and ideological significance of the phenomenon of survival, defined as survival integral socio-philosophical concept. The theoretical thesis is contributed to understanding of contemporary social processes, complex discussion of issues concerning the survival of mankind in global threats. The obtained results can be used in the education process (special courses in social philosophy), in the preparation of manuals and teaching materials.
