3. The object of study: a spectrum of high-molecular and low-molecular proteins that physiological processes provide.. Purpose: complex influence studying of physiologic and not physiologic factors on the primary and secondary immune answer at animal various age groups. Methods: spectrophotometry, immunoturbidimetry, photometry, protein electrophoresis on acetate-cellulose membrane, electrophoresis in polyacryamide gel, statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: There are revealed differences in formation of low-molecular and high-molecular resistance factors at animals depending on age. Change of fraction contents from MM ~30 kDа and ~20 kDа after physiologic and not physiologic influences at young animals speaks about prevalence at them primary immunity. The secondary adaptive immunity is generated at the old animals. The increase of the stressful protein contents entering into low-molecular fraction ~30 kDа at young animals after heavy metal salt introduction and increase of the adapter protein contents at young animals, entering in low-molecular fraction ~20 kDа after immunotropic substance introduction, simultaneous introduction of heavy metal salts and immunotropic substance, immunization by pathological whey is established. It is revealed, that young animals after not physiologic influences have a new fraction from MM ~200 kDа which before has been revealed in blood whey of old animal. The fraction from MM ~200 kDа authentically increased after not physiologic influences at old animals. It is proved protected action to immunotropic substance МF after xenobiotic influence at different age animals. Field of application and performance: The offered diagnostic researche approaches can be used at finding-out metabolic immunological reserves at various age animals and under action various exogenous factors, and also for a choice of methods directed immunocorrection in view of age characteristics.
