Pasko O. The interaction between civil society and the State in a context of modernization of the Ukrainian society

A research object is the interaction between civil society and the State. The purpose of work is a social and philosophical understanding and justification of theoretical and methodological foundations of the interaction between civil society and the state in the context of the modernization of the Ukrainian society. In process above research an author leaned a set of philosophical, scientific and special methods to ensure the effectiveness of the research, in particular methods were used: a systemic and structural and functional analysis, synthesis, logic, comparative-historical method of communitarianism. The value of the research results consists in possibility of their application both in especially theoretical, academic aims - for teaching of courses of social philosophy, civic education, for development of the conceptual foundations of civil society, and in possibility of the practical use in optimize the interaction between civil society and public authorities in formation of a necessary legal framework, activization of participation of citizens in public life.
