Essay

Object of study: public relations arising in the administration of justice by judges in criminal proceedings. Objective: to study is the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for improvement of the judges in criminal cases to the psychological nature of judicial activity. Methods: a dialectical method of scientific knowledge, systemic, structural-functional, comparative analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the comparative legal, logical-legal, statistical, legal and psychological research (observation, interview, questionnaire, the variational statistics). Scientific novelty lies in the synthesis and rationale of psychological foundations of the judge, determining the best ways of improving the activity of a judge in criminal proceedings, a number of new conceptual statements, conclusions and recommendations of great theoretical and practical significance. The specific contribution lies in the fact that the provisions set out in the thesis, which is submitted to a defense, developed by the author himself. The practical significance is that the study materials introduced as a recommendation in the case law, the educational process and scientific research. The subject and the degree of implementation: This study used in the practice of the ATS training process, judicial activities. Efficiency of implementation: implementation of evidence of acts of a positive assessment of the study results. Application areas: law enforcement, the educational process, judicial practice.
