Essay

In this thesis future teachers training for educational work at China schools with the aim of positive Chinese experience usage in Ukrainian educational system is analyzed. In the dissertation the content of the educational system in China at different stages of historical development is examined. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of Chinese teachers training in accordance with social and public orders as the final product of the educational institutions. In the thesis the main types of upbringing in Chinese pedagogy, the system of future teachers training for the educational activities in various areas are analyzed. It is ascertained that the major types of upbringing in China are moral, aesthetic (which is closely connected with moral), physical and mental. The special attention is given to the political education as a component of moral education. The role of teacher's personal example as one of the most effective methods of moral education is investigated. The application of Chinese pedagogical experience into Ukrainian educational system of future teachers training for educational work at school in the system of professional training in Ukraine.
