Shlomenko O. Formation of professional communicative competence of future economists by means of innovation techniques

Object - the process of professional training of prospective economists; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions of forming professional communicative competence in prospective economists by means of innovative technologies on the level of their readiness to professional activity; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty -the research has been the first to provide a theoretical substantiation and experimental check of pedagogical conditions of forming professional communicative competence in prospective economists by means of innovative technologies ; the essence of the term "professional communicative competence of prospective economists" as an integral formation has been specified; the structural components of the given competence have been identified and analysed; the criteria and indices allowing for defining the level of prospective economists' professional communicative competence formation have been characterized; the modes of using innovative technologies in forming the professional communicative competence of students of higher economic educational establishments have been investigated; results - theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked pedagogical conditions of forming professional communicative competence in prospective economists by means of innovative technologies may be recommended for the implementation in the process of professional training of students of higher economic educational establishments. The research data have been incorporated in the process of training students of the Department of Economy and Management of Kryvyi Rig Economics State Institute "V.Getman Kyiv National Economic University", at the Department of Accounting and Auditing of Kharkiv National Economic University, at the Department of Finance and Banking of the National University of Tax Service of Ukraine ; field - pedagogy
