Essay

The thesis highlights the essence of the phenomenon "future engineers professional and personal formation". The criteria (motivating and cognitive, operative and active, reflexive and evaluative) and their evaluative indicators together with their professional and personal qualities (creative passivity, creative activity, creative individuality) manifestation have been determined. The levels of professional and personal formation (passive, absolute, creative) have been characterized. The pedagogical factors of future engineers professional and personal formation in the cultural and educational environment of higher education technical institution such as: positive motivation presence in mastering professional knowledge, skills and corresponding reflexive behaviour; taking into account the sphere of students' invididuality expression (motivating, cognitive, active, reflexive); interaction of components of cultural educational environment of higher technical educational establishment (professionally-knowledgeable, professionally-creative, communicative); stage-by-stage formation of future professionals (orientative-professional, training-professional, projective-professional) have been elaborated. The experimental model of realization of pedagogical factors of future engineers professional and personal formation in the cultural and educational environment of higher education technical institution has been scientifically grounded, elaborated and verified.
